Labour Weekend 2025
The Okaihau and District Schools 150 Year Reunion will be held over Labour Weekend 2025 (from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon), and will be open to past students and staff from a number of local schools. The list of those included is below.
Friday 24 October 2025
2.00pm – 4.00pm = Powhiri (Okaihau College)
6.00pm – 10.00pm = Mix and Mingle (Okaihau College)
Saturday 25 October 2025
9.00am – 12.00pm = School visits (Okaihau Primary School, Okaihau College)
5.00pm – 9.00pm = Street Party (Okaihau College)
Sunday 26 October 2025
9.00am – 11.00am = Church Service / Tree planting / Mauri Rock ceremony / Brunch /
Closing (Whakarongorua Marae, Okaihau College)
